He has approximately 10 years of corporate life experience in companies such as Turkcell, Vodafone, Fibabanka and Enerjisa. He has been working as a Customer Experience Consultant at Pisano since February 2020. Gökhan Kara has been a writer at Harvard Business Review Blog since 2017.
